Well, the Daughton gang is that much closer to New York than they were yesterday. We left our grandparents in Rolla, Missouri around 9:30am this morning and arrived safely in Colombus, Ohio at 7:30pm. The trip has been fairly uneventful, though we have seen some unusual things to tide us over and keep us from losing our minds to boredom.
We passed an erratically flying blimp,

A giant white cross in Effingham, Illinois,
And a giant kid statue climbing a billboard.

We had an hour-long lunch break, which is almost an unheard of on a Daughton road trip. We enjoyed ourselves.

The boys set up a temporary cockpit in the backseat and kept the airway safe for our trip.
We miss everyone still, as we always will.
We miss everyone still, as we always will.May the force be with you.

Your Friends, -The Daughtons-
