Hello everyone,
We have not had a very busy day today.
We went blueberry picking with grandma and grandpa. We picked about 4 pounds of berries and Jacey is going to make two cobblers for the Bear's, Daddy's friends, who are coming to visit.
The boys made 'stores' outside and are selling knives (pieces of stick marginally sharpened on a rock), spears (of the same material as the knives), carpet (grass clippings), and rocks. They are using pieces of quartz from our driveway for currency. It is quite interesting and has kept them busy all day.
Haydn (the cat) peed in the 'great room'. Mom was not happy and Jacey had to clean the Imaginext.
We miss you all and hope you don't forget us.

ReplyDeleteHad no idea until tonight that you have this blog. We have wondered OFTEN how you guys were doing, what you were doing and all the such! Had gotten some brief updates, but now we get a sense of what life is like in NY/VT. It certainly looks beautiful-and wet!, but beautiful! 9 doors!-with my "hint" of OCD, it would take me half of the night to lock, double check, and recheck again to make sure all doors were locked!:o) I love the blue color. It looks like a very pretty house. And large. Wow, you must be enjoying the space! I'm sure the leaks are not that much fun, but hopefully that will be a thing of the past soon! We liked the picture of the fungi! Talk about a science project! Ha! It looks as if you have some awesome scenery. Have you had any visiting moose yet?
As Brianna mentioned to Jacey, we do plan to visit in late September (3rd week?). We are not sure of details as of yet. We're hoping to fly out of Branson's new airport. We can fly into several different NE cities. Warren's cousin lives in NYC, would like to see him too. We will be in touch with more definate plans as we have them. Warren has check up in Sept. w/oncologist in KC- will need to work that in somewhere. Are there any dates that will not work with you? Glad to finally have your mail/email addr. We hope to hear from you soon.
